​We use a 3D computer program to prepare floor plans,
3D renderings, and 3D overviews to show you what your finished basement will look like before work begins.

​This​ is the first step in our process during which we will come to visit your home to go over your ideas, aspirations and discuss budget. We will also discuss the need for a proper set of plans that will spell out everything that you would like to see in your newly finished basement. Once an agreement is made, on the cost of the plans, designing can begin!​​

As you might imagine preparing the floor plans for your basement require many hours of preparation and computer input before your is ready for presentation.
We do charge for the plans because of the time it takes to prepare the floor plans that illustrate the details of your project. The fee for the plans is deducted from the final cost of your project if we are hired. Should you decide not do the project, the plans are yours to keep.​
